About Ptara

We have it in our power to begin the world over again – Thomas Paine

Ptara is about harnessing that power.  We don’t blindly follow the rules of Self Appointed Gurus, of Hollywood, or of Academia, or bow to conventional wisdom.

The Prehistoric Tripod And Reptile Alliance (ptara) was formed to fight the tyranny of boredom and complacency.

We have scoured the planet, from the American Wild West to Brussels in search of adventure, sought advice from ancient Chinese wisdom and modern fast food giants, landed in Normandy by boat (a few decades late I suppose), and wrote a few stories in the process.

Now, the journey continues…

The First Reptile was Vasco Phillip de Sousa.  I write screenplays, video scripts, short stories, magazine articles and what you see here.

The team is now expanding, with storyboard artist and more, and we are planning future openings for technicians and administrators.

We also have guest creators, talented writers, filmmakers and artists, who are using this and future venues to promote history, art, fun, and the power to think.  And, for short projects, we bring in cast and crew.
